We launched Sparkle in July 2008. Then there were only three options for tracking samples: cobble something together yourself from Excel and Word; use Fashionsoft; or use Fashion GPS.
We didn't think any of these was a good fit for small and medium sized Fashion PR agencies. They were either too expensive, too old, too time-consuming to maintain, or too much hassle to use.
So we built Sparkle.
We wanted Sparkle to be the ideal sample tracker for small and medium sized Fashion PR agencies, and in-house press teams. The right price, up to date, easy to use, zero hassle. And it is! But don't just take our word for it, listen to one of our customers:
“I don't want to recommend Sparkle to anyone else because it is a huge competitive advantage for us!”
— Mike Langhammer of Fake PR in Berlin.
Because our top priority is to help Fashion PR agencies and in-house press teams do their jobs outstandingly well. We want them to get the most publicity possible for their clients. And we want them to spend their time doing high-value PR things, not stuck all day on the mechanics of tracking samples.
So we made Sparkle the easiest sample tracker in Fashion PR. It's easy, fast, and intuitive. It makes you super-efficient!
We listen carefully to our customers — many of our best features came from them. So choose Sparkle if you want your views to shape the product you use.

Andy Stewart is the driving force behind Sparkle. He writes all the code, answers all the emails and phone calls, and keeps things humming along.
So if you phone or email us you'll be talking to Andy, the person who built Sparkle. If something's wrong, the chances are it's his fault and he'll be the one fixing it for you.
We also have a small team of experts to call on as and when needed.
